Louisiana’s Community Health Centers hosted and participated in events all month long in April in celebration of National Minority Health Month, being the “Source for Better Health!” Throughout every health region, CHCs held events to share health information, give a range of screenings, and connect with their communities to empower them to make better choices for their health.

These events served altogether over 900 individuals in communities throughout Louisiana, connecting them with life-saving health services that will go on to improve their quality of life. We are so proud to have been able to support Louisiana’s Community Health Centers throughout National Minority Health Month in finding new and exciting ways to connect with current and prospective patients!
