FQHC CEO
Outpatient Medical Center
One of the first Federally-Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), established in Louisiana in 1977, is now seeking an experienced FQHC CEO to lead the organization under the bylaws of the Board of Directors and in compliance with federal grant regulations and organizational policies. The CEO serves as the one employee of the Board and is solely responsible for the leadership and management of the organization, its staff and contractors.
Requirements/Preferences: Candidate must have either prior FQHC CEO experience for at least 2 years or have served as a progressively responsible COO at an FQHC for over 10 years.
A favorable candidate would have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills which resulted in improves serves and organizational compliance, and the ability to implement and measurably achieve the Board's strategic health plan goals.
COMPENSATION: Based on level of experience and related qualifications. Salaries fall within the market of FQHCs in Louisiana.
