Cervical Cancer Series | Sustaining Gains & Scaling Success

Join us for LPCA’s Cervical Cancer Learning Series 7: Sustaining Gains and Scaling Success, the seventh and final session of LPCA’s Cervical Cancer Prevention Training Series. This session will celebrate progress across the series, highlight participant-led improvement efforts, and focus on planning for long-term sustainability and spread of effective cervical cancer screening strategies.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Highlights and lessons learned from participants’ improvement efforts
  • Planning for long-term integration of screening strategies into clinical practice
  • Funding and policy levers that support sustainability, including reimbursement for HPV self-collection

Subtopics:

  • Building capacity for continuous quality improvement
  • Identifying next steps and follow-up resources to support ongoing implementation

This session is designed for clinicians, care teams, quality improvement staff, and leaders committed to sustaining progress and scaling successful cervical cancer prevention efforts.

Magon Jackson began her healthcare career in 2003, building extensive experience across clinical, laboratory, hospital, counseling, and administrative settings. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she has specialized in healthcare compliance, quality standards, and project management, while providing executive support and training for clinical teams since 2010.

Her commitment to leadership and innovation led to the publication of The Rise to Cognizant Leadership in 2022. Through her company, Innovae’ Works, Magon delivers Cognizant Leadership training and speaks at conferences, advancing strategies that prioritize awareness and integrity in leadership. She serves as the Clinical Quality Manager for Louisiana Primary Care Association.

In 2025, after years of healthcare administration, Magon founded Vibrational Mind Wellness Center to shift her focus from systems to individuals. Recognizing that consulting often required life coaching, she created a space dedicated to holistic well-being—a reflection of her lifelong mission to elevate life as the highest priority.

Magon’s work is grounded in professionalism, integrity, and a passion for fostering quality and mindfulness in both organizational and personal health.
