Understanding HIV: What You Need to Know & How to Fight It
This webinar will begin with an overview of attendee understanding of HIV epidemiology and outcomes of HIV then dive into discussing evidenced-based guidelines related to screening, prevention and treatment recommendations for both HIV-1 and HIV-2.

- Describe epidemiology of HIV, including high-risk populations.
- Summarize the current evidence-based guidelines for HIV screening.
- Discuss the impact of antiretroviral therapy (ART)
- Indentify key strategies for HIV prevention, including pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP)
