Analytics and Research Program Manager

The Analytics and Research Program Manager is responsible for developing consumer insights for health care quality with the primary goal of continuous quality improvement through the use of relevant data reports and comparisons to improve patient care. The Program Manager will lead overall data collection, analysis, and reporting for the LPCA as a network organization, directing and providing technical support and assistance for health center staff. Community Health Worker

The Community Health Worker is responsible for supporting the Louisiana Primary Care Accountable Care Organization to reach and engage Medicaid beneficiaries related to their health and healthcare. Community Health Worker Training Program Statewide Project Manager

The Statewide Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating project activities at the state level, including daily staffing coordination and providing fidelity to the proposed clinical pathway, assisting with the development and implementation of CHW trainings for all regions, developing monitoring plans, an online orientation module, and stakeholder engagement, and establishing a regular communication schedule and meeting regularly with faculty, trainees, and placement site key staff and stakeholders to evaluate project progress, identify barriers to implementation, and make revisions as necessary.
