PHSC, in collaboration with community partners will host a Health and Resource Fair to facilitate public awareness of health disparities that affect racial/minority groups. PHSC will also work alongside our community partners to provide professional and culturally sensitive resources that will empower our patients and help end these disparities; thereby, creating healthy communities.
